What should I do when I arrive at PARKING in BARCELONA?: When you arrive at PARKING in Barcelona, please show your electronic booking document to the attendant and leave your car keys in reception. Your car will be valet-parked on the premises by our staff.
Is the car park from Cataluña Square (Las Ramblas) or La Sagrada Familia (Holy Family)?: Plaza Cataluña is accessible by Metro Line 1 (Red Line) in less than 7 minutes and it takes 5-8 minutes to get to Sagrada Familia on Metro Line 5 (Blue Line).
What is your cancellation/modification policy?: You may cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to one week in advance.

Do you have to pay in advance?: Yes, you will have to pay the full amount upon making your reservation. If you exceed your allotted time, you will be charged per minute/hour/day thereafter. Payment for this will be taken upon your departure.
When do I pay for additional time?: Full payment must be settled before your departure.
Can I give the keys to the employees at PARKING in BARCELONA?: Yes you may, in order to ensure the mobility of the vehicle in case of emergencies.
